This research is descriptive of correlation type in terms ofapplied purpose and collecting data. The population under study includes the entirestaff of NLAI. All the staff were considered a statistical sample through the census(N = 315). In order to collect the opinions, two questionnaires were used for theknowledge management: Shahgholian (2005) and Denison's organizational culturequestionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the contentvalidity method and confirmed by several commentators in the field of managementafter correction. Cronbach's alpha test was used to obtain the reliability of thequestionnaires. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.81 for management knowledgequestionnaire, and 0.92 for organizational culture questionnaire. In this way, the twotools were confirmed and given to respondents. After collecting data and enteringthem in to the computer using SPSS software, Pearson correlation test andRegression were used for data analysis. The results of the research indicated thatthere existed a significant relationship between organizational culture andknowledge management in the National Library. The coefficient of determination is64.0, which indicates that the organizational culture variable determines 64% of thevariable of knowledge management variance.The results of regression analysis also represented five important components of  organizational culture including change, goals and objectives, empowerment,fundamental values and outlook which account for about 70% of variance ofknowledge management variable.
