In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating cultural contexts affecting social discipline among young people in Tehran. This study was applied, descriptive-exploratory, and qualitative in nature, with a grounded theory approach based on Strauss and Corbin. The participants included 17 cultural and social experts and scholars who were selected purposefully and until theoretical saturation was reached. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews, and data analysis was carried out using three-stage open, axial, and selective coding. The results showed that the desired model of the cultural situation in the field of social discipline among the youth includes five dimensions: causal conditions (cultural education and social upbringing, cultural reference models, cultural alienation and youth identity crisis, and inconsistency of policies with social realities); contextual conditions (social belonging and collective participation, disciplined urban design, cultural alienation of youth, media criticism of social disorder, and the educational function of cyberspace); intervening conditions (including group norms and peer influence, disciplined interactive spaces); strategies (mass media and public discourse, youth-centered cultural policymaking, civil institutions and strengthening cultural participation, and the role of art in institutionalizing social order); and consequences (moral conscience and self-control, youth participation in cultural affairs, culture of dialogue and conflict resolution, and social trust and constructive interaction). Therefore, social discipline is not a purely individual phenomenon but rather a product of cultural structures and the social environment in which young people live, and there is not just one solution to manage it; a combination of cultural, social, physical, and technological solutions must be used.</span> در بررسی مسائل اجتماعی همواره مسئله زمینه‌های فرهنگی از مقولات برجسته بوده و شناخت و بررسی علمی آن از دغدغه‌های صاحب‌نظران است و در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی زمینه‌های فرهنگی مؤثر بر انضباط اجتماعی در بین جوانان شهر تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی، توصیفی- اکتشافی و کیفی با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد مبتنی بر استراوس و کوربین بود. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل 17 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران فرهنگی و اجتماعی بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی مطلوب وضعیت فرهنگی در حوزه انضباط اجتماعی در بین جوانان شامل پنج بُعد شامل شرایط علّی (آموزش فرهنگی و تربیت اجتماعی، الگوهای مرجع فرهنگی، بیگانگی فرهنگی و بحران هویت جوانان و ناهم‌خوانی سیاست‌ها با واقعیات اجتماعی)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (تعلق اجتماعی و مشارکت جمعی، طراحی شهری منضبط، بیگانگی فرهنگی جوانان، نقد رسانه‌ای بی‌نظمی اجتماعی و کارکرد آموزشی فضای مجازی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (شامل هنجار‌های گروهی و تأثیر همسالان و طراحی فضاهای تعاملی)، راهبردها (رسانه‌های جمعی و گفتمان عمومی، سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی جوان‌محور، نهادهای مدنی و تقویت مشارکت فرهنگی و نقش هنر در نهادینه‌سازی نظم اجتماعی) و پیامدها (وجدان اخلاقی و خودکنترلی، مشارکت جوانان در امور فرهنگی فرهنگ گفت‌وگو و حل تعارض و اعتماد اجتماعی و تعامل سازنده) است؛ بنابراین انضباط اجتماعی نه پدیده‌ای صرفاً فردی، بلکه محصول ساختار‌های فرهنگی و محیط اجتماعی است که جوانان در آن زندگی می‌کنند و برای مدیریت آن تنها یک راه‌حل وجود ندارد و باید از ترکیبی از راه‌حل‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و فناورانه استفاده کرد. https://rahbordfarhangi.csr.ir/article_247558_f40b5eb807f9648d68723baee3e8a7cc.pdf
