Evaluation of Strategies to Deal with Water Crisis based on Sociological Paradigm to the Sustainable Development by Hierarchical Analysis (AHP)

Aiming to identify and evaluate solutions to develop strategic planning, this paper classifies them through data collection, data analysis, solution priority and statistic analysis. In order to evaluate solutions, required factors were identified through expert’s viewpoint in the line with sustainable development considering sociological paradigm. By hierarchical analysis (AHP), solutions evaluation and suggestion presentation were carried out to deal with water crisis. The result shows: reforming pricing system, changing water fees, controlling ownership and per capita income are the most frequently used factors to deal with water crisis. The most important sociological factor in order to sustainable development is cultural capabilities and life style.
