Paradigm Model of Improve and Promote of Public Culture in the Country, Based on Supreme Leader’s Thoughts

Abstract

The goal of this article is improving and promoting of public culture, which is one of the most important things in each state and government. This research is seeking a comprehensive systematic pattern to improve and promote a culture of the country on the opinions and offer views of the Supreme Leader. This research is done through a Grounded Theory. By studying Supreme Leader's speech mining more than 500 concepts, the concepts were classified in the selective coding and 34 codes were pivotal in the following categories, each instead and explain with a paradigm model. The results show that cultural reform must be comprehensive and holistic and all aspects of content public culture and the fundamental and theoretical explanation of such behavior patterns from religious sources must be considered.
