Investigating the strategic agility model with the approach oh Jihadi management (Case Study: Social Security Organization)

Abstract

Today, strategic agility is needed more than any other time, especially in the social security organization, which is considered to be one of the Islamic values with the Jihadi culture and spirit, and as a result, Jihadi management, and by using the tools of science and technology and the direction with God's will in the organization can be addressed. In the current research, the strategic agility model with jihadi management approach in the social security organization has been investigated. The purpose of this study is to investigate the strategic agility model with the jihadi management approach in the social security organization. . The type of research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey data collection in terms of method. The statistical population of the research to test the model was 30 experts, and to measure the variables of the research, the opinion of the senior managers of the Social Security Organization was used, whose number was 140. Jihadi, insight, strategic agility, Jihadi culture and spirit answered. The reliability and validity of the tools were examined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and extracted variance, and the obtained results showed the acceptable reliability and validity of the tools. SPSS and SmartPls software were used to analyze and analyze the data. The research results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between insight and strategic agility with jihadi management in the social security organization, and also between jihadi culture and spirit and strategic agility with jihadi management
