Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effects of media literacy on the realization of the public sphere in the Corona crisis, the development of media literacy and its necessity for the promotion of public opinion, to describe the mechanism ofsphere and the rationality of communication in relation to the media and of course in a crisis situation. Emphasizing and describing that media literacy as a strategic knowledge or networked sos an undeniable category for digital citizens who are exposed to all kinds of content today. The aforementioned approach in itself and without planning leads to the creation and development of the virtual public sphere and the so-called digitized world life and users. In a synergistic and networked ratio, it becomes a general influence between the agent and the structure. In fact, based on the communication rationality and the scenario of this writing based on the virtual extension of this type of rationality, the public domain or virtual world is the place of common understanding and the capacity and possibility of crisis management by resorting to agreement Razeel activists provide the connection of three mental, objective and social worlds in virtual space.This research, with the method of library studies and behavioral analysis of people and media in virtual space, has a mission to understand how people and the media face the corona pandemic and in understanding misleading and fake news and information, rumors.infodemy and how the virtual public sphere is effective in managing or deepening the crisis has been investigated.
