Investigating the effective model of media literacy on the realization of the virtual public sphere in the Corona crisis

Abstract
Media literacy as a strategic knowledge and skill that paves the way for living in a networked society and a necessity for networked social communication is an undeniable necessity for digital citizens who are exposed to all kinds of content at different times. The mentioned approach in its nature and without planning leads to the creation and development of the virtual public domain and makes the users an effective influence in the processes. This whole effect in different situations that we refer to as crisis, can support the structures and public awareness or act inversely. This research, which examines the role of media literacy on the realization of the public sphere in the social crisis of Corona, with the method of library studies and behavioral analysis of people and media in virtual space in the social crisis of Corona, the knowledge of the encounter between people and the media in the Corona pandemic and in understanding the news and It has analyzed misleading information, fake news, rumors and exposure to infodemia and how the virtual public sphere is effective in managing or deepening the crisis.
Based on the results of this research, the virtual public sphere formed during the Corona era is defective due to the lack of practical media literacy training in the country and the high volume of fake news, and the ideal model is to improve the process of this skill at the levels of people, officials and media, relying on "thinking" Critical" and a 360-degree view of the contents.
