Examining the indicators of revolutionary literacy based on Ayatollah Khamenei's speech (The second step of the revolution)

Abstract
With the advent of the Islamic revolution, religious values entered the field of practice and since then, unique experiences have been gained in all organizational and management fields; Experiences that are new and different because of the new and different nature and values of the Islamic Revolution. The purpose of this research is revolutionary literacy from the perspective of the Imam and the position of Supreme Leader (conceptualization to quantification). This research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative method in terms of grounded theory. This research seeks to conceptualize and measure revolutionary literacy from the statements of the founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini, in the 21-volume book, as well as the words of the Supreme Leader. It has been studied in full until reaching theoretical saturation. The results showed that 450 propositions, 50 identifiers and concepts, 20 categories and 6 meta-categories were obtained from three types of identification (conceptualization), open, central, and selective, named as causal, pivotal, intervening, strategic, contextual, and consequential variables. . The concept of "Islamic Revolution Literacy" was chosen as the central category and the desired related factors were presented in the obtained model. The factors include revolutionary insight, revolutionary faith, and transcendentalism as central factors; Spiritualism, self-improvement, heresyism and Islamism as underlying factors; revolutionary spirit, determination, revolutionary cohesion and revolutionary commitment as strategic factors; Guardian of the revolution, legality, pragmatism, service and Jihadi management as consequential factors.
