Presenting the Institutional Model of Cultural Role-Playing in Iran's professional sports clubs

Abstract
Cultural role-playing is one of the most important features of sports clubs but until now, no special attention has been paid to this issue in past researches, therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of presenting the institutional model of cultural role-playing in professional sports clubs in Iran. The current research is interpretive in terms of philosophy, fundamental in terms of goal, inductive in terms of approach, systematic approach in terms of strategy, qualitative research in terms of research selection, and in terms of scope. It used to be temporary. The participants of the research were 15 managers and officials of sports clubs, sports veterans, university professors and experts and experts in the field of culture and sports, coaches and athletes who were selected purposefully until reaching theoretical saturation. A semi-structured interview was used to collect the research data, and in the data analysis, after examining the demographic characteristics of the participants, data coding and its different stages were presented. The results of the research showed that the research model with the central category of Cultural institutionalization of professional sports clubs is influenced by causal factors (expertise, personal characteristics, creating identity and affiliation), contextual factors (management, infrastructure, cultural and media) and intervening factors (political factors, There are economic factors, managerial factors and socio-cultural factors) that by using the presented strategies (cognitive, educational, financial and managerial) it is possible to reach the determined outcomes (social development, cultural development, behavioral development, vitality development and health development). So the relevant officials can use the model presented in this research to create a cultural role in the professional sports clubs of Iran.
