Abstract

the purpose of positive diversion in work environment is the voluntary behavior of practitioners who are done with the aim of improving and improving jobs and finding innovative ways to solve business challenges and improve performance .this study seeks to analyze the conditions and factors affecting the development of " " positive job diversion " " from the perspective of innovative and creative people in worker environments as individuals with positive job deviations by adopting a grounded theory approach .the study population consisted of 126 workers of the festival in 1395 - 1395 , with 15 workers of the sample workers in the field of innovation and invention in labor fields .data were collected using deep and semi - structured interviews .the main questions of this research are : what have been the factors that determine the factors affecting the job satisfaction and the factors affecting the job satisfaction .what were the strategies employed in dealing with positive occupational deviation ?what were the consequences of this situation ?the findings of this research show that empowering organization , positive culture , organizational support and ایده organization are among the categories of effective causal conditions and positive job deviation .the subjects also face challenges such as organizational negative culture , the idea of corporate suzie , supporting , managerial , individual and family barriers that have adopted strategie
