The characteristics of a level teacher from the point of view of the Imams of the Revolution; A model for training an excellent teacher

Abstract
Today, many intellectual and cultural damages have afflicted the children and made them suffer moral deviations. An important part of these deviations happens in school and because of friendship with unqualified people, and the environment that should be for scientific and educational growth, becomes the basis for students' intellectual and moral deviations. One of the ideals of the Islamic revolution is the implementation of the Islamic education system. The performance of the educational system administrators in education is not very consistent with the goals of the Islamic Revolution and the dissatisfaction of Imam Khamenei in September 2019 is proof of this claim. The implementation of the educational system at the level of the Islamic Revolution requires having the thoughts of the Imams of the Revolution. The opinions of the imams of the revolution are of double importance due to their richness and depth, as well as their direct involvement with the issues of today's governance. The purpose of this article is to present the characteristics of the level teacher of the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of the Imams of the revolution and to discover a suitable model for the training of the level teacher in the Islamic Republic. The main question is, from the point of view of the Imams of the Revolution, what are the characteristics of a revolutionary level teacher and what is the training model for such a teacher?
