Analysis of the content of the strategic model of linguistic identity in the fifteenth principle of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract
Linguistic identity, as one of the strategic pillars of solidarity and national unity, requires the selection of appropriate policies to protect and preserve the identity of the local and ethnic language alongside the official language. (Issue) Since the fifteenth article in the second chapter of the constitution refers to language issues, this article tries to identify and investigate the linguistic identity model in Iran, and investigate the identity policy in this legal principle. This article tries to answer this question; Based on the fifteenth principle of the Iranian constitution, what policy has been adopted regarding the official language and linguistic identities? (main question) To answer the questions of the article, document-library studies and thematic analysis method have been used. (Method) The analysis of the fifteenth principle shows that the ideal model of linguistic identity in the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the constitution is "unitarianism while accepting linguistic pluralism" (findings) and the government is obliged to create an obstacle in the direction of the policy of teaching local and ethnic languages. don't Ethnic and local language literacy has been accepted in the 15th principle, and based on the model of language policy in the constitution with emphasis on the 15th principle in the second chapter, local and ethnic languages should not be marginalized.
