Abstract
Praise is the root of all moral virtues and the main pillar of individual and social education. A virtue that has been overshadowed by the promotion of the Western way of life. The cultural vulgarity of today's society is the result of years of soft cultural warfare of the enemy and large and long-term investments. The solution to neutralize this comprehensive battle also requires changing the cultural strategies of the society and using a new discourse in the public space of the country with the focus on commendation.
This research has been done by descriptive-analytical method and documentary method has been used to collect data. First, the concept of modesty (modesty) was examined and then, by analyzing the verses, narrations and manners of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, the pivotal role of this virtue was expressed among the religious teachings. Then, the three vertices of the istihaya triangle, namely hijab, chastity and zeal, were examined as factors related to modesty. The innovation of this research is the necessity of policymakers to pay attention to modesty as an appendix of all planning and activities and to identify the most effective tools for the leapfrog growth of society's culture. Strengthening the modesty of women as an individual who plays a pivotal role in the family center, and as a result, the expansion of patriarchal families as the building blocks of society, is the most important strategy that can organize cultural strategies to achieve the desired culture.
