Sociological Study of mosque-centered governance as the Key to development: strategies and Consequences (case study: Amol City)

Abstract
The present research has been carried out in line with the implementation of the policies of the Second Step Statement of the Islamic Revolution and with the aim of studying and empirically analyzing the place of middle circles in organizational governance and its role in solving socio-cultural issues in Amol city. According to the goals and questions of the researchers, this research was conducted with a qualitative approach, foundational data method and semi-structured in-depth interview technique. The statistical population was 29 activists and interviewees active in neighborhoods in different parts of Amol city, who were selected by snowball sampling. The analysis of the findings showed that the governance that has been effective in improving and regulating the urban governance system of Amol through middle circles is "Mosque-Centered Governance". This type of governance is an example of governance in modern Islamic civilization, which plays an important role in urban development by maintaining the functions of modern man. The meaning of mosque-centered governance is that the mosque as a social-economic-political-cultural and religious system is always an intermediary between the government and the people. According to the findings of the research, strategies for improving urban governance in Amol were examined in the form of categories, which have consequences such as: the mosque reviving people's trust in the rulers, the creation of a glass room to create transparency and prevent the mosque from becoming passive in a spatial sense. It is purely religious.
