Abstract
With regard to paragraph 5 of the general policies of social security and the increasing acceptance of the current society of various and different types of life insurance and the challenge of its legitimacy from the side of consumers and experts and experts of this type of insurance, the necessity and necessity of research on this issue is revealed. Since the validity of any contract in terms of Shariah ruling depends on whether it meets the general conditions of the validity of the contract and correct jurisprudential foundations, those matters must be addressed in detail. And because nowadays all life insurance contracts are concluded with insurance companies and insurance companies are also examples of legal entities, therefore, in the present study, with a descriptive and analytical method, the theory of authenticity of transactions with legal entities is considered as one of the governing jurisprudence foundations of insurance transactions. Life is paid. According to the findings of the research, by insisting on the applications and generality of evidence of transactions and contracts and paying attention to the point that the examples of legal entities are not exclusive to the examples of legal entities of the time of Sharia; Rather, each time has specific examples related to that time that have been created according to the time and new requirements, such as today's insurance companies, which are new examples of legal entities, there is no obstacle to the validity and correctness of transactions with legal entities.
