An efficient management model for social unrest based on the role of social capital in Kerman city: Practical application of Jihad of Explanation based on the instructions of the Supreme Leader in solving social problems

Abstract
Social unrest occurs for various reasons in every country. The aim of the study is to investigate the semantic understanding and interpretation of crisis management students and relevant officials in order to develop a data-based model of social unrest management with a focus on the role of social capital. The present study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of method, and qualitative research based on the data-based method in terms of study type. The participants in the study are 20 master's students of crisis management at Kerman Azad University and 5 people from the crisis management authorities of Kerman province. The sampling method is purposive. A semi-structured interview was used as a data collection tool. To achieve the reliability criterion, three methods were used: control or validation by members, analytical comparisons, and the use of audit techniques. The findings show that important factors in the emergence of social unrest include social capital, economic efficiency, and government accountability, with contextual factors such as a sense of relative deprivation and practical commitment to Islam, and intervening factors such as participatory infrastructure and hope for the future playing a role. Also, Jihad of explanation is introduced as the main strategy and economic and social crises are introduced as the consequences of social unrest. Conclusion Jihad of explanation, with a revolutionary and jihadi management approach and utilizing doctrinal, scientific, and practical capabilities, can strengthen social capital and be utilized as an important tool in managing social unrest and disturbances.
