Investigating the social success indicators of entrepreneurs in the field of cultural and creative industries with emphasis on paragraph 1 of resistance economy policies (knowledge-based companies)

Abstract

In today's competitive environment, our main problem is the economy, and for the economic development of the country, we must move towards a knowledge-based economy. That is, instead of selling raw materials and providing raw materials to other countries, raw materials can be transformed into creative goods through knowledge. The purpose of this research is to investigate the indicators of social success of entrepreneurs in the field of cultural and creative industries, which was obtained using qualitative and thematic analysis methods, interviews and answers from eight managers and experts of successful companies in this field. did they do. (Eight entrepreneurial interviews are specific to the city of Tehran). The findings are attention to social contexts that include social networks (family background, peer support, educational institutions, entrepreneurial behavior, access to resources and mass media). It is also an individual context and considering identity and personality characteristics. The result of this research is that, despite having a behavior, entrepreneurship cannot be understood from economic relations outside of social relations, and it is one of the basic problems in social networks. To seek to fix and strengthen them by using the guidelines of resistance economy.
