ادراک معلمان از پیامدهای خشونت و راهکارهای کاهش آن در مدارس: پژوهش پدیدارشناسی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، دریافت ادراک معلمان از پیامدهای خشونت در مدارس و راهکارهای کنترل آن است. روش تحقیق در قالب تحقیق کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسانه است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که از بین معلمان باسابقه شهرستان ارومیه، تا رسیدن به حد اشباع اطلاعات، 12نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند و درنهایت، گفتگوها با استفاده از روش اسمیت مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که پیامدهای خشونت در مدارس را می‌توان در دو مضمون کلی مربوط به دانش‌آموزان و معلمان، و راهکارهای کاهش خشونت در مدارس در چهار مضمون کلی مربوط به مسئولان آموزش‌وپرورش، معلمان، دانش‌آموزان و متولیان فرهنگ جامعه دسته‌بندی کرد. نتیجه پژوهش در بخش پیامدهای خشونت، حاکی از این بود که خشونت گذشته از ناکارآمدی در تدریس و خدشه‌دار شدن شخصیت اجتماعی و ارتباطی معلمان، در دانش‌آموزان نیز سبب پیدایش افت یا ترک تحصیلی، عوارض روانی و اجتماعی می‌شود. در بخش راهکارها نیز نتیجه پژوهش تأکید وافری بر تغییر نگرش‌ها در معلمان از طریق برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی، همکاری رسانه‌ها و نیز اصلاح مقررات انضباطی ناکارآمد دارد؛ ضمن اینکه علت‌یابی خشونت به‌عنوان کلید اصلی حل این عارضه معرفی شد.

Aims: This research aims to get teachers' perception of the consequences of violence in schools and suggests strategies to control it. Due to the complexity of the problem of violence in schools, first, its consequences in schools must be revealed and then ways to eliminate it from the schools should be surveyed.
 Methods: This study is a qualitative research based on a phenomenological methodology. In order to obtain the maximum amount of information, using purposeful sampling data, 12 veteran teachers in the city of Urmia were interviewed through semi-structured interviews. Discussions were analyzed using Smith's method.
Findings: The results showed that the consequences of violence in schools can be found in four general themes related to education officials, teachers, students and trustees of culture in the society.
Conclusion: The findings of the research on the consequences of violence state that violence in addition to causing inefficiency in teaching and undermining the social character of teachers; it also resulted in the emergence of academic failure or dropouts and had psychological and social effects on students. On suggestions section, the study suggests keen emphasis on changing attitudes among teachers through training sessions, media cooperation as well as carrying out reforms by introducing efficient disciplinary regulations. Moreover, finding the reasons of violence was introduced as a key to solving this problem.
