" ارائه مدل کارآفرینی اجتماعی سازمانی " (مطالعه موردی: سازمان های غیر انتفاعی ایران)

چکیده

کارآفرینی اجتماعی سازمانی را می توان "پیگیری رفتار کارآفرینانه در سازمان ها برای ایجاد ارزش اجتماعی" تعریف نمود. بنابر این شناسایی ابعاد کارآفرینی اجتماعی و رابطه بین این ابعاد، به درک ما از این پدیده و ارائه مدل کارآفرینی اجتماعی سازمانی در سازمان های غیر انتفاعی کمک بسزایی می نماید که هدف اصلی این مقاله می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرای تحقیق، از روش نمونۀ موردی و زمینه ای استفاده شده که با توجه به موضوع تحقیق، از طریق پرسشنامه، به شناسایی مولفه های کارآفرینی اجتماعی سازمانی و ارتباط این مولفه ها در 10 سازمان غیرانتفاعی ایران به عنوان نمونه های مورد مطالعه پرداخته شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از تحلیل همبستگی کانونی استفاده شده است. نتایج بررسی ها نشان می دهد که 4 بعد اصلی کارآفرینی اجتماعی شامل ابعاد سازمانی، استراتژیک، پیش برنده محیطی و پیش برنده مرحله راه اندازی می باشد که بعد سازمانی متشکل از 7 مولفه شامل فرهنگ سازمانی کارآفرینانه-منابع سازمان- عقلانیت اقتصادی- کنترل و ارزیابی عملکرد- ویژگی ها،ارزش ها و رفتار کارکنان- ارتباطات سازمانی - ساختار سازمانی مناسب و بعد استراتژیک شامل 2 مولفه شامل ویژگی ها، ارزش ها و رفتار رهبران استراتژیک - ماموریت چشم انداز محور و بعد پیش برنده محیطی شامل 3 مولفه شامل حمایت های دولت و شهرداری- محیط اقتصادی مناسب- محیط اجتماعی مناسب و یک مولفه شامل پیش برنده مرحله راه اندازی مبتنی بر اقدامات اولیه می باشد و میان تمامی مولفه های کارآفرینی اجتماعی سازمانی ، همبستگی وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

Organizational social entrepreneurship can be defined as "pursuing entrepreneurial behavior in organizations to create social value." Therefore, identifying the dimensions of social entrepreneurship and the relationship between these dimensions, helps us to understand this phenomenon and provide a model of organizational social entrepreneurship in non-profit organizations, which is the main purpose of this article. In terms of applied purpose and in terms of research method, considering that the emphasis is on recognizing the dimensions of organizational social entrepreneurship, the case and context sample method has been used to identify the components of the research through a questionnaire. Organizational social entrepreneurship and the relationship between these components in 10 non-profit organizations in Iran are studied as examples. Focal correlation analysis was used to analyze the data. The results show that the four main dimensions of social entrepreneurship include organizational, strategic, environmental, environmental and start-up dimensions, which is an organizational dimension consisting of 7 components including entrepreneurial organizational culture, organizational resources, economic rationality, control and evaluation. Performance - Characteristics, Values and Behavior of Employees - Organizational Communication - Appropriate Organizational Structure and Strategic Dimension Including 2 Components Including Characteristics, Values and Behavior of Strategic Leaders - Vision Mission and Environmental Advancement Dimension Including 3 Components Including Government Support And municipality - appropriate economic environment - appropriate social environment and one component includes the start-up phase based on the initial actions and there is a correlation between all components of organizational social entrepreneurship
