The results of theresearchillustrate that thefutureofpopulationgrowthpolicies in terms ofthecultural situationofthesociety(i.e.theexternal environment)is ina defensive state. In other words, this situation is caused bythedominance of the weaknesses of population policies over the strengths (internal factors) and the dominance of cultural threats over opportunities (external factors). The gap between the current realities of the society and cultural policies, thequantitative view and lack ofattentiontocultural barriers, etc.,were amongthemostimportant internal weaknesses of cultural policies and strategies for population growth.
Theculturalrequirementsofcurrentsociety(e.g.individualism,consumerism,hedonism,sexism, replacing animals instead of having children, etc.)were also identified as themost important threats to populationgrowth, which arefar from theideal situation and will place the country's demographic future in a critical situation. Therefore, the suggestedstrategies have been drawn inordertoreduce the weaknesses and reduce the effects ofcultural threats. These strategies aremostlyfocusedonthe cultural acceptancedegree of families, construction ofcultural trust, investing intheskillofselection in the face of modern cultural developments, theneed tocarryoutcultural planningandplanning based on density and cultural differences are emphasized.
