In today's world, both the content and the style or form of life, in its different aspects, has taken on cultural dimensions; accordingly, the importance of cultural management has become increasingly evident. In this article, after reviewing the related documents, books, and interviews with some university lecturers, and some experts in the fields of the cultural management and education, 33 cases were identified. Then, a validated questionnaire based on the results and confirmed by the professionals in the field was distributed among the managers of education including the staff, executive and middle managers. The collected data were then analyzed through Minitab16 software and independent T-test. Finally, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were determined on the basis of the audience’s standpoints. The results of the data analysis showed that from the effects of the political inclinations on the curricular planning as a weakness and cultural attachment and engineering in curriculum development, national curriculum document, national education document (Fundamental Transformation Document), and a great number of cultural faces among the political elites as the strengths in determining the existing situation of the management of cultural literacy promotion in education were not confirmed by the audience.
