رفتارهای پرخطر دانشجویان و تأملی بر پزشکی‌ شدن آن

چکیده

 


 

در دهه‎های اخیر، شاهد افزایش جمعیت دانشجویان بوده‎ایم. بااینکه این جمعیت جوان نقش مهمی در توسعه‎ی کشور به عهده دارد، اما شیوع رفتارهای پرخطر و کج‌‎روی‌‎های اجتماعی در میان آنها برابر با هدر رفتن پتانسیل‎های خلاق و سازنده‎ جامعه است که جبران عوارض نامطلوبش نیازمند سرمایه‎گذاری‎های فراوانی است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی فراوانی، تأکیدات جغرافیایی و نقد تحلیل‎های پزشکی بر رفتارهای پرخطر شامل مصرف سیگار، مشروبات الکلی و مواد مخدر در بین دانشجویان داخل ایران است. روش مورداستفاده، مرور نظام‎مند پژوهش‎های در دسترس در این خصوص در بازه‎ی زمانی (1395-1370) با جستجوی الکترونیکی در پایگاه‎های اطلاعاتی بوده که با دو عامل محدودکننده نمونه دانشجویی و کمی بودن مطالعه، مورد گزینش قرار گرفته‎اند. درنهایت 49 پژوهش وارد تحلیل شده و روند رو به افزایش این‌‎گونه رفتارها را در بین دانشجویان نشان داده‎اند. همچنین این مسائل در استان‌‎های خراسان جنوبی، کرمانشاه، کرمان، خوزستان، تهران، گلستان، مازندران، سمنان و همدان نسبت به دیگر استان‌‎ها شیوع بیشتری داشته‎اند. متأسفانه باوجوداینکه مصرف سیگار، مشروبات الکلی و مواد مخدر در بین دانشجویان، مسائلی اجتماعی بوده اما 24 مورد از پژوهش‎ها رویکردی پزشکی داشته‎اند و شاهد کمبود تبیین‎های جامعه‌‎شناختی در این حوزه بوده‎ایم. همچنین لازم است تمرکز مداخلات پیشگیرانه یا درمانی جامعه‌‎شناختی و حتی روان‌‎شناسانه و پزشکی بر روی استان‌‎هایی که مصرف آنها بالاست، قرار گیرد تا شاهد کاهش‎ ریشه‎ای این مسائل در بین دانشجویان باشیم.
