This research has been done with the aim of achieving the components of a prosperous civilization in Farabi's views and achieving a model equated with the current era. Because to build a civilization in today's transitional conditions, we need knowledge and culture in the context of a realistic philosophical view, and it is not possible to build an alternative civilization without relying on tradition. Finding a flexible and stable model for human excellence in the context of a happy society is the ultimate hope of this painting. The research method is based on the library study of Farabi's works and opinions, and then analyzing and modeling it according to today's concepts and elements. As a result of the research, we came to the conclusion that Farabi, as a civilization-building philosopher, in his Utopia plan, provides a criterion for civilization and culture based on a constructivist perspective, a model of needs, and the perspective of the originality of the individual as well as the collective. This stable network is a structure based on his special epistemic, legal and cultural system, which while satisfying all the needs of people, gives a fundamental answer to his basic need to achieve happiness in the light of moral perfection in such a way that social, political and cultural thinkers can Placing this model, design scientific and practical strategies suitable to the conditions and characteristics of any society. And finally, be guided to the point that despite the cultural eclecticism and entanglement in the age of transition with the model taken from the living and dynamic plan of Farabi's utopia in the construction of a prosperous civilization based on the end of mankind, it is possible to create an alternative civilization plan.
