چکیده

اهداف توسعه‌پایدار که با چشم‌اندازی بلندمدت تا سال 2030 هدف‌گذاری شده‌اند. در تحقق اهداف این سیاست بین‌المللی، خانواده به عنوان نخستین کانونی که رشد و تربیت اعضا در آن صورت می‌گیرد در نظر گرفته می‌شود. این مقاله در راستای پاسخ به این سوال اساسی که در نیل به اهداف توسعه‌پایدار خانواده چه نقشی ایفا می‌نماید و چگونه انحراف از سیر طبیعی خانواده می‌تواند باعث تزلزل خانواده طبیعی و خلل در نیل به اهداف توسعه پایدار گردد؟ باتوجه به اینکه حق بر سلامت به عنوان یکی از اهداف هفده‌گانه توسعه‌پایدار در ابعاد مختلف روحی، جسمی، معنوی و اجتماعی، هدف‌گذاری شده‌اند و خانواده اولین کانون حفظ و اعطای این حق به اعضا محسوب می‌گردد بنابراین هرگونه انحراف از مسیر طبیعی خانواده موجب اخلال در مسیر هدف‌گذاری شده اهداف توسعه‌پایدار خواهد بود، به همین دلیل این مقاله با هدف آسیب‌شناسی اتحادهای مدنی هم-جنس‌گرا و آسیب‌های حاصل از فرزندپذیری توسط این گروه‌ها با روشی توصیفی تحلیلی با جنبه کاربردی و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‌ای تدوین شده است که نتایج حاصل از آن دلالت بر این دارد که باتوجه به تفاوت‌های فیزیولویکی و روانشناسی زن و مرد؛ با در نظر گرفتن دو جنس کاملاً متفاوت به نظر می‌رسد هر کودک برای برای کمال رشد و سلامت خود نیازمند مادر و پدر می‌باشد.

Sustainable development goals that are targeted with a long-term perspective until 2030. In realizing the goals of this international policy, the family is considered as the first center where the growth and education of the members takes place. This article aims to answer the basic question that what role does the family play in achieving the goals of sustainable development and how can deviation from the normal course of the family cause the natural family to weaken and disrupt the achievement of the goals of sustainable development? Considering that the right to health has been targeted as one of the seventeen goals of sustainable development in different mental, physical, spiritual and social dimensions, and the family is considered the first focus of preserving and granting this right to its members, so Any deviation from the natural path of the family will disrupt the targeted path of sustainable development goals, for this reason, this article aims to analyze the pathology of same-sex civil unions and the harms resulting from adoption by these groups. It has been compiled with a descriptive analytical method with a practical aspect and information collection in the form of a library, the results of which indicate that due to the physiological and psychological differences between men and women; Considering two completely different genders, it seems that every child needs a mother and a father for their full growth and health.
